Beeline Studios can provide 2D and 3D animation. With expertise in Flash animation techniques and production, Beeline can produce character/effects animation for Flash games in various styles and genres.
|
|
If your production has a need for 3D rigging and animation, Beeline is also expertly capable in providing proven solutions. While employed with
Doppelganger, Inc. working on the Social MMO vSide Brian Edenfield, founder of Beeline Studios, was responsible for the rigging and setup of character assets. With in game constraints confining the animation rig
to very basic body and facial controls, Brian developed a keen eye for setting up characters to deform well in even the most extreme animation cycles.

In 2009 Beeline
Studios developed character designs and in-game animations for the iOS game
Valet Hustle. Below are sample animations. The characters were animated in
Flash and exported as image file sheets. The engineers would then set up the
characters to loop through a certain set. The 'relaxed' set was the character
shifting weight from one leg to another. The 'annoyed' set showed them more
agitated, so on and so forth. |

In 2009 Beeline
Studios created all art assets for an original Digital Chocolate Baseball IP
updated for iOS. This involved UI design, background and character animations.
The game was only licensed to use retired player names and team colors.
Beeline was given great latitude in developing a unique style for the game.
"Casey at the bat" was the primary driving style for which Beeline was initially
aiming. You can see this in the pitcher animation below. This style was
eventually dropped for a more conventional one due to the three month production
schedule. Beeline met and exceeded its weekly milestones for this project.
The game was later shelved. |
